Refund policy
At Afro Bloom, we take care to pack and deliver your groceries in the best condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
We will refund or replace items if they are missing, incorrect, damaged, or not fit for consumption. To request this, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
